Our Mission:

Build high quality, high performance, ecofriendly homes which provide its owners a healthy and environmentally friendly place to live with a low and non-variable cost of ownership.

How do we do it:

We have established a high quality supply chain through extensive research and sustainable construction experience.  Many of the key high performance systems included in our homes are performed by HCE staff vs subcontractors.  This enables us to have tighter quality control and cleaner integration of systems, resulting in optimized home performance.

Why do we do it?:

By almost all accounts, we are steering our environment into a state of demise and our homes are one of the largest contributors. It will take a worldwide unified effort to correct the damage we have done and prevent further damage to our planet. We are excited to contribute to this cause and believe there is a way to build and live the right way without requiring huge financial premiums.
