Our mission:
Build high performance, ecofriendly homes and sell them at affordable prices so more of us can enjoy the benefits of living in a home that is good for our health and our environment.
How do we do it?:
We have established a high quality, cost effective supply chain through extensive research. Many key aspects of sustainable (green) construction are performed by HCE staff vs subcontractors. By eliminating additional subcontractor markup we are able to pass the savings on to the home owner.
Why do we do it?:
By almost all accounts, we are steering our environment into a state of demise and our homes are one of the largest contributors. It will take a worldwide unified effort to correct the damage we have done and prevent further damage to our planet. We are excited to contribute to this cause and believe there is a way to build and live the right way without requiring huge financial premiums.
